All applicants, first, must either be a senior in high school with a minimum GPA of 3.2. Second, an applicant also must be at least one of the following for a minimum of 6 months prior to making application: (1) a Brisbane resident; (2) a member of the Brisbane Chamber of Commerce (3) an employee of a company which holds a membership in the Brisbane Chamber of Commerce; and/or (4) a dependent of such a Brisbane worker as described in number (3).
